Food Finds - Dana Adkins Campbell
How could Atlanta
hide this success? Address in hand, most drive by this Inman Park neighbor
before landing on it. True Italian fare, good service, and young energy reward
your search.
A salad of fresh, uncooked fava beans with
petit, pungent cubes of pecorino, olive oil, and a splash of lemon
juice sets your palate for fresh pasta, such as hand-folded
tortellini cradling pureed artichokes and mascarpone in a light
cream sauce. Panna cotta, an exquisite melding of cream and gelatin,
with caramel sauce, replicates those I've had in Tuscany. This one's
worth the hunt.
